95% Monday

Strange day.Everything was fine until I got home. Well an hour or two after I got home I started having some pretty hard PVC's I think. 1 every 30 seconds or a little closer together. I think it was the extreme heat. It was about 44 at that stage here. We went for a drive about 6.00pm and things settled right down in the nice cool car.When we got home we had some dinner and after that I stupidly had some chocolate and within about 5-10 minutes I started having the odd beats again. I guess there is no 100% way of knowing but I am sure that it was the chocolate that set it off. It only lasted about 10 minutes. Rest of the night was fine. Not a lot cooler this morning but feeling much better.
