Thank you....
Dear Friends, You have no idea how much your notes and hugs have encouraged me. The day I poured out my heart in the forum was a bad day. But things have gotten better. My circumstances are the same but I know they will change, and my attitude is better. If I don't have faith, what is my point in saying I'm a believer? I keep thinking of Psalm 37:25. "I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread." God is good and merciful. I'm really not a negative person but sometimes I let myself look at circumstances instead of trusting in God! I need to run to God first...My daughter said something that I thought was rather profound the other day. She said, "I'm learning to take my problems to God before taking them to anyone else... Sometimes it's hard to hear His voice over the others..." :-) I think I need to remember that...I am going to have some quiet time with God the next few days and ask for his direction. Here is one of my favorite chapters in the Bible. It gives me hope! And having friends like you gives me encouragement! I want you to know that if you need me, I'll be here for you too....I love you all! Jeannie Psalm 121 1 I lift up my eyes to the hills— where does my help come from? 2 My help comes from the LORD, the Maker of heaven and earth. 3 He will not let your foot slip— he who watches over you will not slumber; 4 indeed, he who watches over Israel will neither slumber nor sleep. 5 The LORD watches over you— the LORD is your shade at your right hand; 6 the sun will not harm you by day, nor the moon by night. 7 The LORD will keep you from all harm— he will watch over your life; 8 the LORD will watch over your coming and going both now and forevermore.
