Was a pretty good day.Went for a 12km ride. Pretty tough going as it was the first time I have had the bike out for 6 months. Found a couple of hills that beat me this time but i reckon i will get them next time.Had a few pretty hard extra beats before the ride and a little activity afterwards but not much to write about.
