Good morning Well Thanksgiving and Maureens birthday are over with. I just have to deal with Debbies baby shower, Debbies birthday, Madisons 2nd birthday and Christmas. It is very obvious to me this year how much I have slowed down. It took me 3 days to decorate my house for Christmas when it only used to take me one.  I don't know if I mentioned it but the pain doc took me off the duragesic patch and put me on oxycontin er in its place. I also have the oxycodone for break thru pain.  I guess the patch actually did more for me than I thought it did, because I am in constant pain now. It is bearable  but uncomfortable.  The other night after Thanksgiving I had muscle spasms in my left leg.  Haven't had those in a while. I took a muscle relaxer and it didn't work. Then during the day I had sciatica issues again. It is pretty disheartening to realize that you can't do what you used to do and what you do on a scaled down basis hurts you.Anyway I have to go and get my hair cut so I will talk to you all later.Have a low pain day my friends.luv ya laurie

Hi Lauire. You sure were busy. You might need to tell the doc how youare feeling now that he took you off the pain meds. I know what you mean about taking so long to get anything done anymore. I has asked my grandaughters to help with my tree and decortaing. Last year I just sat and looked at all the junk and finally my son took pity on me and helped with the tree. I knew what needed to be done, but just couldn\'t do it! Maybe this yr will be better. I sure hope you get the pain under control. love ya sandy

Laurie, It is miserable to have to live with pain and its effects. You seem to manage to keep on going. I hope the pain lets up. Try to keep smiling. Hugs and more hugs, Donna
