Good morning my friends,

I think that I have finally figured out what was causing my spasms. Even though I have had four neck surgeries I still have a herniated disc at c7-t1. When I stopped using the hospital bed Joe went out and bought me a wedge for me in the bed. I have been using that ever since. Well the other day I thought that maybe that was irritating my nerve in my neck and I stopped using it.  I still get the spasms but they only last for about an hour and they are no where near as strong.

I just wish I could figure how to fix my backsmiley-laughing.gif Yeah right. I hope all of you are having a low pain day and I will write again soon.

Hi.......I know this is going to sound funny but, I also lost my hospital bed and when I did I had trouble with keeping me from hurting worse. Well I got this really pretty dog pillow/bed from target. It is a shabby chic pillow dog bed so it is pretty. It pretty much conturs me and works wonders. Maybe you could try something like that? I hope your feeling better soon. Hugs........Julie
