Good Sunday mornin to all my friends. I hope this day gives you nothing but calm and contentment. I can wish it can't I. Yesterday was the first time I went shopping in 4 months and I think I overdid it but I was thrilled. Today I am cooking. That is right. C-O-O-K-I-N-G-! I made meatballs and my own tomato sauce. and I was done by 10:30. Just so I don't repeat yesterday I am going to take it a little slower today. My kids are coming over and so is my brother and his wife. I am looking forward to a good day. Only problem is my blood pressure is a little high. Usually I am borderline dead 90/'60. This morning it was 148/90 and has been fluctuating hign. I have this periodically where my blood pressure goes crazy. After my husband died I was put on meds to keep it down. Five years later I came off the meds/. Then my mom moved in with me and we had hospice care at the house. Again it jumped really high and I was put on meds again. I can't figure why it is high now. Go figure. If anyone can tell me I would appreciate it. Anyway have a great day my friends

Your b/p question is a good one my friend! I was on two different b/p meds when I was working, then wala! after I quit, pressure went down and off the meds. Your bottom number is alittle high, keep an eye on it. Sounds stress related to me. Don\'t ya hate it when you push to hard and the next day you have to ssllooww down to get to the other end?
