This morning the pain is bad. I feel like there is a knife in my back and the pain is making me sick to my stomach. I don't know what to do other than stay in bed, which is getting old. I wish I could find someone to help me.

please try to rest,maybe if you put a pillow under your knees it will help,I know it helps me when my back is hurting

I have had 3 surgeries on my back since August. The first surgery left me feeling pretty good except the idiot general surgeon knicked my bowel and I was hospitalized 6 times in 5 weeks due to his screwup. Had to have emergency surgery on the bowel and repair a hernia. I was still in a lot of pain and in January went to my surgeon again. I needed another surgery on my back one disc up. Since that surgery I can\'t walk or sit or stand for any length of time. I am in constant pain in my back and now my legs are giving out. You know how it is once they cut they don\'t want to deal with you anymore so that is why I am looking for additional support.
