For those of you who don't know me I have to admit to being extremely stubborn and not asking for help. I HATE ASKING FOR HELP!
Well yesterday I did something stupid. Instead of a shower I yearned to take a bath. I know I know I can't do that but I did. It hurt to get into the tub but after the hot water seeped into my body it was heaven.
Here is where it gets complicated.You see I now have to try and get out. I have no rails and nothing to hold onto. I tried to get on my knees and immediately lost my balance and fell backwards hurting my back. I tried leaning over the tub but I didn't have the strength in my legs to lift me at this point. After 15 minutes of struggling I was able to climb out of the tub hurting my stomach because I got out by sliding over the tub. I then towel dried and went to bed. Joe came home and saw me and then I got the lecture about doing stupid things and I should have waited for him.
Needless to say I can't walk today, but it was worth it LOL

OMG!! Jasmine.... You poor thing!!! But you know what??? I would have done the same thing, gotten the same lecture and still would have been smiling for the enjoyment and relaxation I got out of it. I really really hope you get to feeling better. YF, Renee
i thimk i would of donr thr same in fact the dr told me take a shower but i took a bath afrer 3 days lol
WE DO DUMB THINGS FOR THINGS WOMEN CRAVE, HOT BATHS.. ITS A WONDERFUL THING, I WOULD BE ANGRY IF I COULDNT BATH, I GET IN IN THE MORNING AND JUST SINK AND THE HOT WATER JUST TAKES THE PAIN AWAY, OR SEEMS TO. YOU REALLY OUGHT TO LOOK INTO ONE OF THOSE STAND UP TUBS... IF YOUR INSURANCE WOULD PAY, WHICH IF YOU ARE ON STATE INSURANCE, THEY MIGHT, I WOULD INQUIRE ABOUT IT. THEY LOOK LIKE THEY WOULD BE GREAT, YOU WOULDNT LAY DOWN, BUT IT WOULD BE BATHING INSTEAD OF SHOWERING, I HATE TO SHOWER, FOR SOME STUPID REASON I DONT FEEL CLEAN WHEN I SHOWER, ME AND JOHN HAVE A DEBATE ON THIS FREQUENTLY.. LOL LOVE YA REX
