What a day went to work then I came out and found out that he had filed papers stating for temporary sole custody to him or to social services. I have full custody of our son until our court hearing. So now its scaring me on what he is going. He said in the report that I do not have adequate houseing for our son and that our son doesnt have his own room or a bed. Social Serives told me that the room doesn't matter and the bed he does have his own bed. I live in a double wide trailer with three bedrooms and my third bedroom that has my computer in it will have my sons bed in here soon. What did that matter to him. Guess I'm tired of him doing this to me and I just want to work and live a lift with my three children. I have a protection order against him for stalking us on my day with our son. And now I"m scared for my life once again.
