Hey everyone! Just thought I'd write and let you all know what's up. There isn't a whole lot that's new in my life. I've been working a lot and packing up my life when I'm not working! You never realize how much crap accumulates until you have to pack it up! Moving day is getting closer and I'm getting nervous. Not terribly nervous, but I have to go get my uhaul, pack it up with my WHOLE life, drive it an hour away, unpack it, drop it off, and drive back here to start cleaning my apartment. I have about 16 hours to get my apartment clean before the carpet shampoo-ers show up. I get stressed just thinking about it.I am officially down 83 pounds....4 pants sizes and 2 bra sizes. I'm getting more and more confidence, which is tough to handle, because I've always been very shy. And I don't care for people who are loud and obnoxious. I'm not obnoxious (I hope), but I have no problem speaking my mind these days. I'm sure it will get me into trouble sometime in the near future.I switched vitamins, so I can definitely feel when I haven't taken them. I'm better at taking them, but when I wake up in the morning, I drag ass until I get them in my system. I'm still staying away from caffeine, which is awesome. I found a decaf coffee at Starbucks that I can drink. I even got it ok'd by my dietician. She said as long as I don't over-do it (no more than 1 every two weeks), I can have them because they are sugar-free, low in calories and no carbs. She was actually surprised by how decent they actually were. I can have regular decaf coffee, but I don't care for it much. I've heard there is sugar-free, lactose-free flavored coffee creamers, but I haven't gone out searching for one. The town I live in isn't very "lactose-intolerant friendly". You have to go to special health food stores to buy anything lactose-free, except for soy milk. And I wouldn't even consider myself lactose-intolerant, but I've noticed soy milk doesn't give me gas like regular dairy does. I'm sure you all wanted to know that, too.I'm starting to lose more hair. When I wash my hair in the mornings, I usually have a strand or two wrapped around my fingers. I've had to use Drain-o on my shower drain a few times as well because it's getting clogged more easily. I don't mind losing hair. My hair is REALLY thick anyway, so thinning it out isn't such a bad thing. If I start losing clumps, then I'll worry. It's a really good indicator of not enough protein, too. I've increased my protein intake, and that's helped a little. Anyway, that's what's new. I hope everyone else's life is as boring as mine! And if it isn't, I hope things are well!
