Oh my god! I got so much done today!
I woke up this morning ready to get some stuff done! I had to go to work first thing this morning, but I was only there for an hour or so. Since Curves isn't open on Sundays, I used the gym at work to my advantage. I walked on the treadmill for about an hour while watching Ferris Bueller's Day Off. I lifted some weights, too.
Then, I came home, took a shower, then went grocery shopping. That alone takes like 2 hours these days. I bought some tilapia with hopes of cooking it sometime this week. I'm afraid that I won't like it and it'll have been a waste of money, but I bought a single serving, so it didn't cost too much.
I met a friend for lunch and caught up on each other's lives. Then I went to the "all natural" grocery store (Amazing Grains for those of you in the area). I found a TON of stuff that is lactose-free, which is great, because the larger grocery stores don't carry that kind of stuff (besides soy milk).
Then I came home and did 3 loads of laundry, applied for 4 jobs, cleaned up my tree (my umbrella tree "sheds" constantly), shredded all my junk mail from like the last 6 months, and read through both newspapers (one from my city and one from my hometown). I organized my bridesmaid stuff, paid some bills, cleaned off my computer desk, and had time to watch Extreme Makeover: Home Edition.
Oh yeah, and I was invited to a bachelorette party. It's been a crazy busy day!
I got a lot of little tedious things done that I'd been putting off. That feels good.
Sometime this week, I have to dye my hair, tan and workout every day, and get my nails manicured. Ugh!
And my best friend flies in on Tuesday for the wedding we're in on Friday. Yay! I'll post pics of the wedding once I get back to town.
