Ok, so I applied for a new job. Don't worry, it's in the same company I work for now, just a different position. I don't dislike my job, but I don't necessarily like it, either. There are good days and bad days. My major motivation is that I want to move back home...by "home", I mean my hometown. It's only an hour away, but I feel so "out of the loop" being so far away, when my whole family lives there.
I hope the job works out because I'm going to start packing. I have a whole extra bedroom of stuff that I don't use, so it can be packed whether I move or not. I think that will be my project this weekend.
I am scared to tell my boss. Not because she'd get mad, but because I'd be leaving her short-handed and I feel guilty for doing that, but I have to do what's right for me.
I'll keep everyone updated. I'm pretty sure I'll at least get an interview because I look pretty darn good on paper. We'll see.
