Pain

I woke tired....Oddly went to bed early. When I was getting ready for work my right shoulder blade area hurt. And now it hurts from shoulder a blade on right to left and my neck. Just throbs. I came home took a bath, did the hearing pad....just did Excedrin and got solanpas some spray similar to icy hot my mom swears by it. Holy heck I hurt. I don't know what happened?? Maybe I slept wrong. If it isn't better by tomorrow I will make appt. I barely made it through the day and I didn't even have a full day! 
Kids will be home soon. Waiting for their dad to bring them. This house is a mess. I figured I'd. Clean today since didn't have time yesterday. Can't exactly do that in my condition.  I am really annoyed!
