i am still in alot of pain. i have a bad head ache. i am just tired of the pain i am in. i have had it for 4 days. i am going to try to get in to see the doctor tomorrow. i feel like i need to thank all my friends for talking to me when i have needed them, please if anybody has any sugestions please let me know

it\'s hard to know what steps to take w/o knowing what is going on. And if your symptoms are and indication of something serious you should NOt be using home remedies but under a drs or hosp care.
When I was pregnant, I didn\'t want to use meds so for a headache I would alternate hot and cold cloths on my head. It helped.
Also for achy head and body with flu I usually stand in a hot shower, that often eases things.
So NOT self-diagnose with your symptoms.
