Friday was another wonderful day.... For 7 hours..... The last hour was a total bitch. I got called into the new service managers office and got laid off. Budget cuts you know. I am gonna make a personal reminder that if I am ever laid off again, Neil is NOt the one to do it. His style was your let go, no discussion, piss on you, see you later. No compassion, no reassurance, not one ounce of gosh, I am sorry, we loved you, I wish I could keep you but you are gone. This comes after a nearly perfect score on the evaluation, and to me, it seemed very sudden. It was like I did something horrible to piss them off, but they did not want to even talk about it with me. The claim it was merely budget, and on the surface, I believe them. But the situation changed so quickly. Two weeks ago, they are talking about paying for my second half of my A+ test second week in January to laying me off.So I am okay, I feel like I have something better down the road, and although I wish they had waited another three months, I will get over it. I still have a part time pizza hut delivery job I am doing. That will probably net me 600-800 a month after gas. ANd I have unemployment too. They owe me 2 weeks and 4 days vacation and also a week pay they held back when I started, so, if they shoot straight with me, I should have nearly a months pay n my pocket. The car is paid for the month and the only expense I cannot space off is the school loan payment. It is 143, so, we will see. Relationship wise, things could not be better North Carolina sweety is abundantly loving and we have progressed quite well. She is very comforting to me in this job loss thing, but also all the time in general. I love you all here, and I sure hope that things get as good for you as they are for me. Remember, you are not getting divorced, you are simply getting a promotion to a better life.

I am so sorry about your job, but I am confident you will find another. I am really happy that you have a wonderful woman to comfort and be supportive of you at this time.
