Tomorrow, a long road will come to an end and my divorce will be final. Sometimes, the pain I felt in the early weeks was nearly unbearable, searing, burning, ripping pain of a magnitude unmatched in my 53 years. I dunno why I hurt so much then, marriage had been over for years, and had been broken early on. But then again, there were lots of good times too. And my wonderful children. So here I sit, 6:41am roomies(stbx) time and type this final journal as a married man. I am a bit saddened, we were together 33 years total. That is longer than some reading this have been alive. But I am moving to something better, and it feels so good! So, my mood today is reflective. Every life experience has a lesson for us if we just accept it. I am a better person now, forged with pain, tempered by new love, and molded by God. What I do know is that because of what I have right now, I would go through it all over again, experiencing every bit of the pain, for I know that without every occurrence in my life, I would not have met my new love. And without her, life would be empty beyond imagination.STBX went to Chicago this weekend to meet a new man and attend the Second Life fanfest up there. I am not bothered by that, I bought the tickets! I have been trying to pack an entire lifetime into 2 suticases for the move to North Carolina, but it is hard to do :) I will be leaving most everything behind excpet clothing and a few odds and ends. I am gonna ship my computer out thise week so it arrives in NC by the end of the weekMy oldest, bless her, bought be another larger suticase to supplement the medium siszed on I had. That helped a lot!Well, all, next time you read this, it will be from a single man. Bless you all!
