It's been a short journey from divorce to new love, but I will embrace her and cherish her to the limits of my ability.    I see a few friends here who are afraid to take a chance and talk about how life has served them up a big bowl of being alone for the rest of their lives.  Hogwash!  There is someone out there for everyone. and although you can choose to ignore that person when they appear, like it or not, they ARE there for you.    Some will move quickly, some will take months, others may never get over this.  However, that does not mean that love cannot embrace each and every one of us. It is near time for me to attempt a new life.  Can it be a disaster?  Oh yea, majorly!  But I choose to worry about other things, like how many kisses I can give her in a day, how passionate I can be with her, how many times will I tell her I love her, how many times today will I thank God that she is in my life?  Those are much more productive and they make me feel a lot better.       To all of you, get real!!  Quit being afraid to live again!  EMBRACE life.  This great unknown is a terrible burden and a wonderful gift!  Will you be the snail, withdrawn while life passes you by, not hurt but not happy?  Or will you be the honeybee, knowing nothing but work till you die?  I plan to be the human, part snail, part honeybee, part fox and child of God given the gift of life to LIVE.

As always, you have such a way with words. Your enthusiasm is wonderful! I know you are capable of giving such love. Very few people are that fortunate. Your sweetie is very fortunate indeed.
