The day started out with me in a panic, just woke up about 2am and spent the rest of the night waiting to get up. The day ended great, I went to a local mall and spent an hour walking briskly. Tried to make sure that I walked hard enough for my calves to ache a bit. By the time I had finished walking, I felt at peace. It felt so good. Also, at least for today, I could care less what she does in that second life game. And that gives me great peace. Not obsessing over her for a whole night? What a wonderful feeling!!!
Read the introduction to "Co-dependent No More" by Melodie Beatty. Gosh, what a revelation, I thought I was the broken one, but it also described her to a "t". Only she and I are on opposite ends of the scale. I messaged her that I thought she might find it interesting. She did not seem to enthused. Oh well, her loss :)
Overall a great day. A one valium day....
