thanks.

Thank you for the nice messages.  I feel a bit sad that I posted when feeling so down.  The lack of energy is a nasty thing and it affects my life in ways that send my thoughts into battle.
Self-discipline and determination are so important yet they slip away so easily.  For me it is a daily renewal of determination to keep trying to do better.
I've been so tired and yesterday my son's backpack was stolen with his wallet and phone, etc. and it's the school administrations fault.  They keep the locker room locked because some kids trashed it (3 times) so kids with after school sports pile their stuff in the gym rather than in their lockers.  Why, why, why?  Why do kids do that?  Why do they punish everybody for some stupid kids? the person I talked to blamed the coaches, etc. etc.  and the list of why's goes on.
And, I got the bill from when I took my son to the dermatologist and the doctor charged nearly $200 for something that I had no idea the insurance did not cover.  He did not ask me if I wanted the "outpatient surgery" if it was extra - nobody said anything about it costing extra.  (which was the nurse scraping some blackheads off of his nose with a little metal thing that took a few minutes and he still has blackheads because he is 15!)   Why did I think they were doing me a favor?  How did I know the little scraping thing was considered "outpatient surgery"?  So, I have to deal with "stuff" that I don't want to deal with and I feel like such a baby about it.
I talk to people in the hospital who are dying and I'm upset over a backpack (which the school will have to pay for replacing everything), and a stupid doctor's bill (that I am going to challenge).
The only thing I can say right now is, "poo poo".
I know, harsh isn't it?
