I have been suffering from Post Neauralgia from Shingles since I first got struck down last August 2006 until present. My shingles appeared on the left upper side of my face,forehead, head, eyebrow and my nose...all on the left side. I have returned to some of my volunteer work and take in some social events but only with my close friends so that if I have to bow out I can at the last minute. I am still on 4 Lyrica a day and still have to take a half a percoset a day so I can bear the pain. My face is still extremely painful...difficulty in putting on makeup, etc. I would love to talk to someone who has had the same condition...just so I can relate, and maybe have hope that it will go away at some point.
