Feeling Better
Well it's been two weeks since my accident and finally can go up and down stairs without seeing double.
And can drive a little without my brains feeling like mush when I hit a bump in the road.
I find it funny that my stbxb will not sign off on the title of the totaled truck so I can settle with
the insurance co.
I can see it now, " but judge I do want spousal support but why should he have a car to work so he can pay me." -
" Judge you dumbass how can he pay you if you will not allow him transportation to get to work?"

My thought is I am sole owner on the title of the truck she has. You get my drift :)
But officer he stole his own truck. Officer "Mrs stbxb, I am sorry it is his truck". LMAO

Well still off work recovering and it sucks. I hate sitting around but need to follow doctors instructions THIS time. Hope to be back working in a week or two. Funny thing, is the stbx is pissed I am still alive and messed up my settlement check for the total loss. Just makes her look even better for our court date.
This should have been over in 60 days but she has dragged this out to 7 months and counting. Her Atty. bill is so high it will take her two years to pay off. All over stupid sh#$. O well she will have her day in court and that will be my redemption. Lol
