The naturopath has me on quite a regiment...morning and night I'm to massage my lower abdomen with castor oil (it is supposed to soften scar tissue if I have it around my uterus and ovaries)I'm on a liquie Bcomplex(tastes terrible)  and a Mag Cal formulaI'm to take iron with vitamin C to get my hemoglobin back up I'm also to add protein powder to my diet primarily in smoothies.I haven't done this yet but I'm to get DHA?  it's some essential fatty acids supplement.I also have a list of good food and foods to avoid to follow.  I find it hard to get it together for this program simply because it requires me to remember a lot of instructions.  The Mag Cal has to be taken at 9 pm, b complex before noon, the iron with lunch etc.... it's also hard to massage castor oil in the morning without my three year wanting to try it too.  But I am determined.  If anything it makes me feel like I'm doing something.   I'll get the hang of it.The naturopath does offer a detox program prior to pregnancy should I decide to try again.  She was also telling me about a test that tracks my hormone levels throughout my cycle.  It is done with saliva on certain days of your cycle.  All things to think about.

DHA is actually sold in drug stores without a prescription somewhere in the prenatal vitamin aisle. I take the prescription Optinate, which is a prenatal vitamin with DHA. What\'s a naturopath? I have an acupuncturist. If I get put on Blood thinners, I don\'t think needles may be a good idea.

i smiled when i thought of you and your kid coated in castor oil. mine would be very persistent in finding out what this is all about and subsequently making a huge mess of it. good luck with this program.

I am gathering my courage to go to one if I am not pregnant this month. My DH is not happy so I think I may go without telling him. Please keep me posted on how it is going.
