I lost my 2 pounds... and 2 more with it! Woot!! I found some calorie calculators that help you find out how many calories your body needs to perform daily functions... then, to lose weight, you eat lower calories than your body needs and exercise to get even more calories burned. I know this is how it works, but I was happy to have it put so plainly for me. Journaling about what I eat really made a difference.I even got to eat some treats last night, I just made sure to see how many calories I was taking in and only eat a serving instead of a box. :) Feeling great today! I'm excited to work out this morning... as soon as I get myself to eat some breakfast!
