9.4% Body Fat!!!!

Yesterday was my last day with my personal trainer and we decided to measure my body fat percentage one more time. I am actually at 9.4%! That's awesome! I have worked so hard over the years and put so much time into this. I'm so glad to see that I'm in the single digits. I have another quote for you guys to inspire you again.

Winston Churchill said that after the Allied Forces beat the Nazis out of Africa in World War 2. His basic meaning was that although the Allies had won a major victory and shown that the Nazis were NOT unbeatable, they still had a long way to go. He also wanted to show his confidence in the Allies by saying that it was the end of the begining and that he felt that it was time for them to start winning.
In my life I feel much the same way now. Although I have defeated my fat, I still have the rest of my life to live free of it. I'm going to work hard to live the best life I can live because it is my time to start winning.
Also, yesterday I faced my friends in Pokemon one last time. I beat the tar out of both of them with my new team. I won 4 guys to 0 in both matches and both times there was no way they could have come back. I was proud of my team and all the work I put in training them.
