Baby Steps
Made it another week.
Sociopath is coming for the weekend today.
I still wish I'd peacefully & painlessly expire in my sleep. I don't really want to live anymore but conflicted with both cowardice & caring for the people and pets (that I love) who rely on me.
My weight is down a little, 152.3...baby steps...it took baby steps to get through every hour this past week and a lot of talking to myself. I managed to get on bike a few times but not daily yet and doing some push-ups every day, seems to be helping a little, I can do 2 proper ones now.
Decided I'm going to add hula-hooping for exercise, so I need to buy a hoop next week if I can find one. Online if I can't .... They seem to be much more expensive than I thought so I don't really want to pay for shipping. I've seen $90 hoops online!
If I have to live, I want to at least be fit, healthy and pain free.
