hello, there.
my name is Bray.
I am 24.
I have a food addiction.
it isn't something you hear everyday. no one wants to hear how miserable you are by snacking on your favorite foods.
but it's true. only a select few know, which would be my boyfriend and random online friends that have no clue who I am in real life.
I also battle depression. it is bearable for the most part, but it can really reign down on me when it wants to.
I also have type 2 diabetes. I was diagnosed at the early age of 21.
all I wish to do it develop good discipline skills so that I can stop eating everything. I never knew how hard it was until I realize that it's literally killing me (diabetes at a young age is not okay).
I wish to stop eating, only consume when necessary.
I don't have a real issue with working out. in fact, I find it therapeutic. of course, I can get lazy and skip out on a few days. but it's okay for the most part.
I just want to stop consuming everything in sight. it sucks. it does. I need help.
I'm hoping this forum can provide me with the help I need. I am the only person I know who experience this, and it's a very lonely and discouraging journey. hopefully we can help each other.
