Can't Sleep

Once again I'm here, I've decided I'm just going to write whenever I can't sleep. I find this helps, especially until I can get an appointment with the councelling service here. I can't sleep because my head is swimming. I have so many thoughts and rather than writing them down I'd just like to say that that's what's up and leave it at that.
One of my housemates is being a royal pain in the arse, I wish I'd had some kind of vetting system for who I was going to live with but I didn't really have the opportunity. She just doesn't seem to get how things work and I get the impression that she expects me to just snap my fingers and get all of the bills paid at once and then she can just pay me back whenever she deigns to. It's infuriating because I'm stuck sorting out all utilities which is a much bigger hassle than literally anything else anyone has to deal with it. I guess I just got the short end of the straw here because I wasn't around when they were sorting all of this stuff out. Problem is that's probably because I was working because someone in this house has to and the others don't really seem to at any point.
Anyways, my cousin is out of hospital now, so that's good. They were having a crisis of gender identity so they've decided to go for a gender neutral name and have decided that they would like to have gender neutral pronouns to refer to them for now until they figure out their identity. I think it's nice and I'm glad they're learning about who they are, even if the process isn't always that pleasant, I can't think of a time when it ever is.
In other news I've spent a lot of time watching Rick and Morty, that show is great. It's both funny and sad, it makes you think a lot, not always in a way you'd like. The writers seem a bit tortured, but that's where the humour comes from as well, it's amazing to have the very human aspects mixed in with a constant stream of jokes. When the human moments come it's never at a time you'd particularly expect, it's always at times when you expect a glib comment. It really struck a chord with me so I'd heartily recommend it.
I've been taking up exercise again, I've figured something along the lines of 'Mens sana in corpore sanum', the exercise will help me into a healthier state of mind. I've yet to see a huge improvement but I do feel a bit better after what limited exercise I can manage. I can't tell if that's because of the exercise itself or because my love has been staying for the past few days and after I exercise I get to crawl in next to her and that makes everything feel better. It is a lovely feeling, I do have to say that.
