Day 23

I took the second dose (2 syringes) just over a week ago.  The inflamation is reducing and so is the drainage.  The largest lesion has improved to a point better than it's been in months.  There is very little pain.  The smaller lesion by the hip/groin fold is also improving but more slowly.  Right now, the HS is better than it's been for months.  So far, so good.
I was having pains in my lower abdominal area and my doctor sent me for an ultrasound scan.  I got the reults yesterday, 2 inguinal hernias (left and right).  This requires surgery and it'll take 2 - 3 months to see a surgeon and then some time after to have the surgery.  I hope it won't interfere with my hip replacement surgery that I'm expecting to have in late September.
Just to update my current medical situation.  I'm waiting for total hip replacement surgery which has been delayed because of my heart condition (stent put in Sept 2015), The HS is slowly improving due to the Humira treatment and the double hernia is newly diagnosed and now in the system for treatment.
It's almost overwhelming having so many afflictions at the same time.  My quality of life is at it's lowest point ever and the situation is putting stress on my home life.  I could really use some good news but life doesn't work that way.
