It was a little warm today, 98. That's alittle too early for that here in PA. At least it's a dry heat.... Won't feel like eating and the grass won't grow so fast, they're pluses. My thigh is killing me. I last did a shot there a week and a half ago. Must have hit the muscle..ha. Why did it take so long for it to start hurting? HMMM....

Hey Mike, It\'s hot here too, but with the humidity. I just ordered one of those cooling vest. I know I probably won\'t get it till it cools down, but I will have it for the next heatwave. Sorry to hear that you\'re thigh is hurting. I\'ve not used any of the shots for ms yet. I am working on avoiding them as long as possible since I hate needles and can\'t afford them anyhow.I hope you have better luck next time with your shot. xxoo, Holly
