Got my MRI results back today.  It says that there has been no real change since the last study. This is the report:   No change in the mild-moderate degree of white matter disease seen above and below the tentorium.  There are several small focal and patchy white matter lesions, predominantly in the deep white matyter, although some lesions are seen in the subcorticol white matter.  Most of the deep white matter lesions are seen adjacent to the lateral ventricles althoughsome lesions are present adjacent to ther temporal horns and fourth ventricle as well.   There is no change in size or number or signal intensity of the white matter lesions with no abnormal enhancement.  There also appears to be subtle involvement of the posteriorcorpus callosum which is partly attenuated, unchanged.  No masses are seen.  Again noted is a partially empty sella.  Overall, there is mild prominence of the ventricles and sulci consistent with volume loss, greater than expected for age
