Day 1

Today is the first day I will focus on ME! I have spent two years of my life focused on a man who needed others to make himself happy. I wasn't enough. I want to be enough.
As I sit here and look out the window, the sun is shining and tears still stream down my face. I feel like I've been sitting on this couch for weeks. I nearly have been...
I don't even know how to begin...but I know it needs to happen now before these dark thoughts take over even more.
I deserve to be happy.
