Over???

We were scheduled for court today.  Yesterday the lawyer called and they wanted to settle.  ???  This is the third time I've gotten this call and third time I've accepted their offer.  I can't get real excited that it's over because the last two times they changed their minds after I agreed--or had a loophole that came to light before things were signed.  My attorney did write an excellent pre trial letter to the judge.  Their's was 99.9% untrue or typos.  That could have had something to do with the change of heart.  I'm waiting to exhale when the papers are signed, sealed and delivered.
