i can't find a better place to write this but its been bugging me since it happened and nobody's given me a straight answer. i was raped almost 3 years ago by my ex bf or at least i call it rape. I was asleep and he was well penetrating me and i was waking up as he was doing it and told him to stop as he was finishing? what would you call that someone please help me.

Sweetie, if you weren\'t participating its rape. If you don\'t want it, even if you don\'t say no, its not consensual sex. That\'s rape. Lots of guys take advantage of women, believe me! I\'m sure this happens to men too, but fewer men talk about it. Its embarrassing to talk about. We feel ashamed, like we didn\'t something wrong, like we could have stopped him, like we could have somehow prevented it. Darling, you didn\'t do anything wrong! HE made that bad choice! You were asleep, and didn\'t know what was going on! Its NOT your fault. You didn\'t do anything wrong!!! HE was wrong! He\'s sick! He took advantage of you sleeping! He should have stopped when you said to, if he didn\'t!!! What a jerk (and other things, I\'m trying to keep it clean here)! Good thing you got away from him! Hang in there sweetie, I\'m sure plenty of people (including myself) will talk to you about this here. Maybe talk to a therapist or support group for sexual violence too??? MY DEAR, it is rape, I would say something and go to the police!!! that is my oppion. I can\'t tell you what to do but it\'s up to you. We all will stand behind you in whatever your choich may be. Don\'t you forget that. As imamrcl said it\'s not your fault this man should be put away. Men like that are very controlling and jerks!!!!
