my husband and i decided that we are going to get a cremation plot for the 3 of us ( my daughter who passed away monday adn him and i) but why the h e double hockey sticks does it have to cost so damn much. number one its going to cost us around 1000 canadian to get the plot thats not the grave stone or the digging of the grave which the digging of the grave is another 300 dollars and the head stone we havent even looked at that yet because we are so over whelmed with her lose and the price. there are financing options but the digging price ahs to be payed within 30 days and we want something there that says her name and ours so that we can all be burried together when the time comes. god i wish things are sometimes easier in life but in a time of need and grief why do people have to be so difficulte.

Hello,I am really sorry for your loss of your babies,we lost our little girl 7 days ago age 10 weeks, and it was the funeral today (17 april) we are going to go away for a few days, just to get away from everything and everyone,we tend to get a bit fed-up of explaining to everyone what has happened, so we thought best thing to do is get away for a few days, not a holliday as such, but just to relax without bumping into people we know, i know what you mean about cost, it was a worry for us too, but we did not let it concern us at the time, we just wanted a nice service for our baby girl, as it turns out it did not cost anything, over hear in England the funeral directors do not charge for baby funerals, there is no charge for cremation as the local council takes care of that, and me and my wife have today bought a large planter box with a tree in it to remember our little girl, we will keep it in the gaden, i think the only thing on our side at the moment is time, i dont think we will ever get over this, but as time goes by we will learn to live with it.
