A little discouraged today, due to feeling physically bad, but I plan to see the doctor tomorrow if it is not better, so I will take action if needed. On the plus side, I did play my guitar a little bit tonight and I am writing, so that is always good.

Laryngitus! (how do you spell it anyway?) Can\'t talk, hot flashes, sore stomach, now I want to cough from the cold, but don\'t dare do it without holding my stomach. Oh well, it\'s only my body.
Trying to be positive.... I\'m grateful that I have everything I need to get through this-a supportive husband, an angel daughter, good friends, loving sons, a house to live in, transportation, good doctors, parents still alive, good relationship with my siblings, Lord help me remember the important things and not get wrapped up in my own physical misery!
