Not sure what is going on this weekend. I woke up yesterday and felt really bad. Had hot flashes and then cold chills and some dizziness. After taking my pain pills I settled down and felt somewhat better the rest of the day. I forced myself to take a walk with my husband and it was hard because I couldn't go very fast and had to stop and rest. My husband was good about it and waited patiently for me.Last night I started getting diareaha, but managed to sleep most of the night. Did not take any pain killers all night. But this morning I woke up with flu-like symptoms. Feverish, worst diareaha, chills, etc. I took pain killers, slept late, and just now took a shower. My stomach hurts and I'm afraid to eat anything right now. I feel better after a shower, and am just going to take it easy through the day. If this keeps up, I guess I will see a doctor tomorrow to make sure it is not anything serious. My goal-to stay positive. Emotionally, I am ok, just dealing with physical stuff. But writing always makes me feel better, and while I was lying down I got some more ideas of things to write. My body may not work well, but my brain never stops!

So sorry to hear that you are feeling \"under the weather\". I don\'t know about your neck of the woods but in our community there is a stomach flu going around. My grandson had it this week. Our immune systems are weakened right now Theresa and it would not take much to get infected.
We sang a song today at church that spoke to my heart. \"Lord I run to you\"... I sang it with us gals dealing with uterine cancer on my heart.
If you copy this to your browser.. you can give it a listen.... keep the faith Theresa..and run to Him.

I wrote back to you, but apparently Daily Strength didn\'t acknowledge it because it said I had to sign in after I responded.
Anyway, thank you so much for the beautiful song! I will save it for my inspiration.
I may have the flu. Not sure because it\'s complicated with Fibromyalgia. I will check with the doctor tomorrow if I still don\'t feel well. I am somewhat better, but still not great.
I admire you for being able to go to church. It would be so easy for you to stay in bed and rest. I stopped going a long time ago when the Fibromyalgia made mornings rough, and then it was one reason after another, and now I\'m not sure where I belong. But I am very spiritual and always talking to God and praying and I read and study the Bible and watch the TV program preachers. Maybe someday I will find a church again.
My husband and I are hoping to move to the larger town eventually and there will be more choices there.
Anyway, thanks for the inspiration today!
