TGIF

Really crappy day today at work....always seems like every time we are getting ready to go through reviews, I get "questioned" hard and mean about what I'm doing.  I get basically "ignored" for most of the year and then all of a sudden, it's what are you doing?  I have kept my nose to the grindstone this past year.....barely taking lunches; sitting at my desk and minding my own business.  Terri makes me feel like I'm an "idiot".....asking me how I'm going to recruit for requisitions; giving me suggestions on how to do my job and questioning me as a professional.  UGH....never changes.
