Update

Well..had that conversation with my boss.  He must have said that I should move on about 6 times in our conversation today.....I never in my whole life have had to encounter someone like him...well sort of.  I seem to "attract" narcisstic men for some reason!  Probably because my father was like that.  Most certainly need to break the cycle..I'm not leaving....I'm just going to go into my job and do the best that I know how.  I can't let him intimidate me....rather I believe I "intimidate" him so he has to continue to put me down.  A real piece of work....let me tell you.
