Today

Well..what a day.  It has certainly not been the most pleasant and I pray that I can look back at this day when I'm with another company and say..thank goodness I'm not there anymore!  It is the never ending saga of my controlling boss who just doesn't get it.  Or maybe it's me....not sure at this point.  It is a damned if you do; damned if you don't situation for me.  I'm suppose to be managing the situation but always manage to get "dinged" for not managing!  Frustrating.....
