WhoooHooo... NYE at 8:30 p.m.  Sitting on the farm at the computer with the TV in the background.  Flashback to 10 years ago when I was at North Side in Akron listening to a live blues band with friends.  Having a couple of glasses of wine and ringing in the New Year in style... Tonight, I'm not only NOT styling (already in my pj's), but Guy is in the basement, the puppups are fast asleep in bed, I'm on the computer looking for tractor manuals that I can't find (Ford 9N or 8N, electrical problem...).  Amazing how my life has really changed.  It's like I'm married again though Chris and I went to Niagara Falls one year for NYE.  You know, back when the U.S. / Canadian dollar difference made it worth our while to go there (I think we got 30% more with our dollars--today, we pay extra to use them... Thanks to W. for that...). Tonight, I'm just hoping to find something exciting or at least interesting to keep my brain alive!  Maybe, I need to sit with the newest Baker's Creek Seed Catalog and figure out my order for my 2008 garden...  I could read that catalog like a novel for days!  It's either that or the Mists of Avalon for the 8th time... I'm nice and safe and warm and dry... I have yet to put just one log in the fire as the man has taken care of that...  My bills are paid, my house is relatively clean, everything is all good in my world...  I'm trying not to bore myself to death...
