Guy came home tonight and I was so glad to see him! He finished up early up north and came home with mooola... He has agreed with me that we should get TWO puppies from the Shelter! That way, they grow up together.So, tomorrow I am off to the Shelter to adopt TWO NEW PUPPIES... They currently have two groups of puppies--Rott/Lab mixes that look like labs, Boxer/Lab mixes that have a more boxer face. Guy is giving me the money, and I'm to do the picking... I'll probably pick the biggest ones as they will be outside dogz eventually. I think I'm giving over some of my house to puppies... We'll just have to see how that happens since my house is only 672 square feet... I do have a large kennel which we'll bring in for nighttime sleeping. I'll talk with the nice people at the Shelter who were so nice about BigBig's disappearing. The woman I spoke with said she had the same thing happen with old dogz and figured they left to go die. She also lives on a farm like me...I'm a happy woman and even ordered satalite Internet connection so I should have that within a couple of weeks. I will be so happy to actually USE the Internet more as dial-up is the pits!

Congrats!! Puppies make me tired. I\'m glad Artie\'s finally starting to settle down...but I can\'t wait to rescue another. You can see him on my video journal!!!
Hi Cj ... I think I missed something as we\'ve been away and also had company. I\'m sorry your dog is missing. I\'m sure he went off to die by himself. Our first dog, a schnauzer, did that, and I was just beside myself. I still can\'t talk about it without crying. Please know my heart aches for you.
Getting new puppies is a wonderful idea. I hope you find some and fall madly in love! Thinking of you and sending lots of hugs.
