As much as I hate to admit it, I had a real MS morning this morning.  After spasmatic legs half the night, I awoke to legs with severe spasms that required "wall walking" to make it to the kitchen, hit the coffee pot button, then down on the sofa to get my glasses.  When I got up, Guy was already in the living room opening shades (we have a great room concept cabin so the kitchen  is the living room is the computer room--think big big living room with open everything--with 14 foot ceiling--my own design based on the one-room cabin I lived in for 11 years). My legs straighted up and allowed me to do a lot of shopping (WalMart, Tractor Supply Company, electric company, grocery), and by the time I got home, the challenges were a memory.  Guy gave me a good suggestion to try tonight to avoid the same tomorrow morning.  (This is why I love this man who looks at things in a very simplistic manner.)OK, I thought of calling my neuro, but ya know, I don't want his poisons nor do I want to give him leverage with my decision to NOT inject myself.  Plus, the rest of my day was A-Ok, so what would be the point?  He won't magickally cure me, I know that for sure...I guess I just wanted to put it out there to see if anyone else has had these same "issues".  I don't worry about these things, I don't focus on these things, and I've learned to pee while holding two dog leashes.  That being said, you can see my approach is a down-to-earth, simple solution to my challenges... Any ideas?
