Update

Hi Friends, Sorry it's been so long since I have posted anything on DS. I am doing well and just got back from a hunting trip vacation, where I got to get over my fear of falling out of a tree stand while waiting for that elusive elk to walk under me. I really enjoy hunting out of a tree stand but have decided to order a new one with a rail around it so I feel a little more secure 20' up in that tree. Didn't see any elk but I did get thoroughly chewed out by a red squirrel that informed every living thing in the forest where I was hiding. Also at one time I had 6 wolves under my tree but they had no clue I was up there because that was the only time that stupid squirrel shut up. I also got to spend many hours on the back of my horse riding all over the mountains of Idaho. When we weren't riding or sitting in tree's we did a lot of walking. its a good thing I am used to walking in the mountains while training my dog cause the walking wasn't to bad. I did have to stop more often than I used to but at least I was out enjoying myself. Unfortunately we didn't even see any big game and I had to go back to work to get some real rest. Aren't vacations usually like that. hunting season is still open here and I will be getting a day or two off before it closes so maybe I'll Bag an elk before season ends. Deer season will be open for quite awhile and I don't usually hunt deer until November. I know many of you out there are probably not hunters however out here in Idaho a lot of us rely on deer and elk as a food source to help make up for the low wages. It definitely helps us get through the winters. Anyway I'm back and hopefully will have some time to get back onto DS and say hi once in awhile.
