New Beginnings

I haven't been on here in quite a while. I've just been throwing myself into my work. I finally, have a chance to slow down a little and want you all to know that I haven't forgotten about you and the struggles we share. I do however, have some news that I think may give new hope to you! It's been 6 months now, since my youngest son had his 1st baby. He and I have had a breakthrough. He has come to visit me and I have been to visit him. There's still no calls to me, by him. Although his gf does call and email me from time to time. He and I are re establishing our relationship, although we are both a little on guard, I guess because of the emotional issues. I went to visit them yesterday and was there about an hour and a half or two hours and all went well. I know we have a long way to go, but still this is a good start. I still keep both my boys in my prayers and pray that my eldest son will come around as well. I'm so happy that God has brought this lost sheep home to me and I know with time and patience things will continue to get better. Keep your heads up, those that are going through the same issues with your children. I know, first hand, how much it hurts and I still go through it daily, but God will send our precious children back to us, when the time is right. We all have to have our own time to heal and to grow and I guess, sometimes that means we have to be apart:( Maybe God knows, we couldn't bear to see some things they must go through in order to get on the right path. Maybe, vice versa. IDK. All I do know is that we, as their mothers, must never lose faith. Prayers to all of you my friends, I hope and pray that you will see miracles happen in your lives soon as well!
