Long time since I visited here.  Sister's cat, Marco, died a few months ago.  She has since adopted a wee kitten.  He looked full Siamese with buff body, brown legs, ears, tail and face.  Now we see stripes on his legs and head.  The classic Tabby M is on his forehead, too.  He's growing fast and plays with one of the other cats, Genie Houdini.  That middle name suits her.  We have had  cats for more than 50 years.  In all that time, she is the first to find an escape hole in the foundation.  It comes out under the front porch.  No way to block it from inside or outside.
I have been fighting some kind of infection on my leg for about a year.  I think I have it licked now, thanks to advice from a home nurse. 
Been a wet spring and summer.   We have been lucky to not get the flooding rains and wild storms.  Too bad nature does not put some of that rain over the fire zone.
