Hi, folks.I'm back, I think. That was the worst week all year. The throwing up was bad. By Thursday night my throat was so raw I could barely swallow water. I had called the center that morning to tell them how I was feeling. They sent the van Friday so they could give me fluids and some IV meds. I felt a lot better that night. I really thought they'd put me in hospital. My pressure was 83/44. I mentioned to sister I feared being held in hospital--she said she feared same thing, was waiting for phone call saying so,Sick again Saturday. So far, so good today. I tried PediaLyte but both kinds made me sick. I bought some Smart WAter. It is distilled water with electrolytes added. It seems to be helping. I am so glad I do not have to take any more of those heavy drugs. I do hope my spelling is okay in here. It is hard to see the screen, even wearing the 'computer' glasses.I went back to the first nausea pill. It worked. My only complaint with it was the eye problems. If that pill keeps food in the stomach, I'll suffer the eye things gladly.Spring is almos there. Daffodills, Jonquils blooming. Saw signs of the wild Honeysuckle along the creek greening up. Grass is green. Lilacs showing green. Most of the spring birds have returned.I get blood drawn again Tuesday. If it showsme dry, I will get more IV fluids at the center. The Herceptin starts on the 15th. I hope to be recovered by then.I hate being sick!!!!
