Past 3 AM. Blood test, doc visit and the long chemo session later today. Can't sleep, sipping some Sleepytime tea. Looks like I will need the bonnets sister made. I noticed yesterday the hair is coming out. Before I got laid off I told the manager I'd be wearing the bonnets to work. I said bald might be beautiful on an infant. But I doubted a bald 60-year-old fat woman would draw and sighs of admiration. Now if these cats make me mad enough to pull out my hair, look out........:-DI'll have to use that Bounce lint roller before cooking, huh? We already have cat hair as condiments. don't need to add mine! Warmish night. I have my window cracked about 1/2 an inch. Quiet except for the traffic. I was listening for Killdeer. I think I saw a Grackle yesterday. If so, it means Spring is coming. Those are summer birds for us, along with Cowbirds, Redwings.Oh, I better finish up the tea and go back to bed. Simon is howling to get to the cellar. He'll have sister awake if he continues that racket.

I hope that you are able to get some sleep. My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Thanks, Karen.
I took a couple catnaps during the chemo. The Benedryl makes me sleepy. Sister uses Benedryl as a sleeping pill, but only when she is exhausted and needs sleep.
I got some sleep last night, too. With Simon and Missy taking turns holding down, then blocking me in. Simon doesn\'t visit me often at night any more.
