I am feeling a bit better this afternoon. At 3:15 this morning, I made a cup of Smooth Move tea. I think it has worked it's magic. I'll have to be more careful what I eat 'cause I can't take a year of that bound-up feeling! I'll have to find something to boost energy, too. I like chocolate Boost. Used to take bottle of it to work wach night. When I was working, I did find that orange Sobe Energy drink helped me get through a tough night, too. I like it. I took two Ibuprofen with breakfast today. Feeling less achy now.Cold here again. From 53 on Friday to 3 this morning. Brr! The cold has brought in the rabbits, squirrels, Siskins, Junco, and other birds for the cats to watch.

Glad you are feeling better. Do you like yogurt? That might be good to try for your stomach, if you can handle it. Also, eating or drinking slowly might help. Big hugs!
Oh, I love yogurt! Yoplait Key Lime Pie is one of my favorites, along with good old Vanilla. But I don\'t know if I can have it. I need to hunt some without active cultures. I read no fermented foods allowed. No more homemade dill pickles. Boo, Hiss! Sister makes dill pickles that are just as good if not better than Claussen pickles. And thanks to a product from Ball canning company these do not have to be refrigerated until after they are opened.
I am always last to finish eating. I like to enjoy the flavors of foods I eat. I gather that will end soon and all taste like sucking on pennies. Yuck!!
I don\'t know. One book says one thing another has the opposite. I have not done a lot of reading on it all yet.
And how are you feeling? Still knitting up a storm? Do you have certain people in mind when you knit something? Like the baby blanket--Do you know a baby or will you just give the blanket to a charity like the Red Cross fire relief? Either way, good for you!!
Take care,
Bertha
Thanks, Bertha, I sometimes have someone in mind, but usually I just try to make something pretty. The blanket turned out to be too small for the charity, so either I need to make it bigger or find someone else to give it to. I bought some yarn on Saturday and already used it up. So, I am knitting faster than I buy yarn! :-) The place is open late today, so I might go if I am not too tired, otherwise I will go on Sat again.
Too bad about the yogurt, but following doc\'s orders are so important. Be sure to drink a lot of water or tea to stay hydrated. I hope that your upcoming chemo treatments are not too hard on you. Big soft hugs!
