This is the only way I have found to communicate with everyone.  I am offering this iformation for those of you that can't sleep.  I could not sleep either, but I have alot of anxiety (as I am sure most people with this disease do).  My doctor gave me a prescription for Zanax, and I have been sleeping like a baby since I have been on it.  It is also very inexpensive.  Good luck to all and I will pray for better days for everyone
