80 degrees and sunny//neck and back are hurting all day

beautiful day out today, sunny around 80 degrees, and didn't get to enjoy ANY of it.  i took the stronger lovastatin today and it still made me sleepy but not as sleepy as the other day.  odd that that happens and i don't have a pdr book to match it up and make sure the doctor is telling me the truth with it.
my neck and back were killing me all day.  talked to rb and he was like make sure you sue for pain and suffering.  the insurance company rep told me the same thing three times, i think three different reps.  obviously they are right and the cop was right, it gets worse and worse.  grrrr.  but you do get better at dealing with it.  i couldn't get through the day without topcial muscle rub and i don't want to start taking strong pain killers.  i'm thinking of yoga.  i also feel way better just from a hot tub.  jacuzzi even better.
rn claims morris is doing well.  i had her call in what she is doing to add it to the manual.  i wrote it down on scrap for now, just need to put it in the hard cover.  she has an indoor/outdoor colony is what ally cat allies calls it, but she insists its taking in the kittens is what is costly because of the way she does it.  she uses a lot of vitamin supplements for them, lysine and caltrate with d.  which is optional according to the book.  morris let her flea bathe him which is amazing.  now we just need to wait and see what is what with that.  most of the fleas are dead.  its already had flea meds and flea combing.  not much more you can do.  i think she doesn't think that is what it is.  i wonder if she still has her wildlife rescue text books, wildlife must get way worse stuff than animals that are treated?   its amazing she finds time to flea comb every animal daily.  i would never have time for that.
need to stop at the store, bring the car in for a real check out.  call the insurance company and the lawyer.  what a lovely year this has turned into.  need to call back mla and see what is up, hope all is well with their properties, its what is keeping them afloat.  according to the cia, we are headed for a 25 year depression.  omg!  so strange that all this is going on.  seriously.  nothing else.  d was by again with pizza.  he buys a ton of pies for his workers if they go into overtime and there are always pies left because people rather leave than eat.  the last place anyone wants to see when they are not scheduled to work, is their place of employment.  lol.  he says they can't even FIND anyone willing to replace him.  hmmmm, how about hire TWO people instead of all that overtime.  its cheaper in the end, if you don't count training people.
our new guy totally didn't work.  i looked at his paperwork, what he filled in was actual values.  wth?  if the person has equity in it, they don't owe full value unless they want a cash back.  wth?  amazing.  people are amazing.  scary though because this happens everywhere with numbers, including hospitals and what if someone doesn't catch the math mistake?
would be nice to do nothing.  hoping a will be around to just hang out.  the marina is mostly empty all the time even now.  there was ONE boat out there in the canal this weekend.  what a difference, there used to be like TEN out there on the water and then full slips.

I\'m reading this and I don\'t mean the accounting department in a hospital. I mean the medication. so many people suck at math, hmmmm, so when you move that decimal in the wrong direction for dosages, how many people have you killed? seriously.

You have an eight degree day, and we\'re starting to get cold up here!! Goodness. I think you\'ve been up here and know what Autumn is like! It\'s really nice. Especially with someone with my illness that deals with heat intolerance. I\'d always love to be in Florida, but not with CFS! It\'s totally changed everything for me! I\'m living my life through you!! LOL..I can just see that marina now....FULL!!

Hope your pain subsides. I totally understand you not wanting to go on strong prescription drugs. Seems like doctors are all pill pushers these days. Do without them for as long as you can.

Love how you love your pets. You\'re a good woman. Mid week hugs to you! xo
